I always think it’s funny how a piece of concept art made it to Chrono Trigger’s US Cover (the top piece here). It’s a great piece, as a lot of the art from Chrono Trigger are, but I also sort of chuckle. Maybe I am just too nerdy for my own good?

Cuz you see, I didn’t pay any goddang attention to the proportions and all that but ONLY on getting the colors as accurate to the ref as possible.

It was still fun.
